Fall Family Session at Pine Hill Sauers Farm | Ashland, Ohio Family Photographer

I first met Alle a couple of months ago when she reached out to me about scheduling an adult friends’ photo session. As a fellow photographer, it was an honor to be chosen to take such fun photos. Even more so when Alle asked me to take her family photos just a few weeks later!

We had planned to sneak in an hour-long session at one of my favorite photo locations – Pine Hill Sauers Farm. This park is a blessing to the Ashland area! I’m in love with the woods, trails, and scenic pond area. Especially so in the fall. The change in color is unparalleled. With so many beautiful backdrops, you just can’t go wrong with a Pine Hill session.

Yet, the morning of our session, I awoke in a bit of a panic. I set my alarm for just after 8 am and wondered if it was actually 6 am as there was nearly no light spilling in through my curtains. Bummer! However, as I made the short drive toward the Greenwich park, the sun started to play peek-a-boo as the dark, heavy clouds started to thin. Thank the heavens! We’d be good for our session.

I honestly had the best time running around and playing with the Weaver kids. They have the most infectious laughter and I’m so glad they laughed at all my jokes. 😉 I love, love, LOVE how their photos turned out.
