A blush and burgundy fall wedding in Sandusky, Ohio
A few weeks ago, on an unseasonably warm October day, we had the honor to capture Steven and Krystal’s fall wedding at Old Calvary & The Colonnade.? Two of our favorite venues, we were nearly as excited about the backdrop as we were at capturing the beautiful love these two share.? When I met with Steven and Krystal over coffee many months ago, Krystal could barely contain her excitement about all the small details of this day.? She had planned every little detail out and I could truly see her vision come to life.? Everything was perfect!? From her gorgeous lace gown to her rose gold shoes (Steven actually found those, what an eye!), to her beautiful wooden flower bouquets she created.
We planned a private first look in lakeside Sandusky.? While the wind and heat didn’t want to cooperate with us, truly nothing could keep these two apart.? The moment Steven saw his bride he was totally overcome with joy.? It was a beautiful moment to witness and I’m honored to have captured it.? Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Destrampe.? Just check out their gorgeous wedding!
The bridal bouquet, made by Krystal with Sola wood flowers.? Her mother’s veil was used to lace the stem.
Our anxious couple exchanged heartfelt?letters while being sure not to see one another before their first look.
